I wanted to write and say a huge Thank You to everyone at BCL – from our first phone call enquiry to the service on the day we could not have had better care, support and advice from everyone we have encountered on the journey. The pre-move support was excellent – including several site visits to make sure we were as ready as could be for the day. On the day, the team were everything we could have asked for and more – professional, helpful, efficient, nothing was too much trouble – and more than that – pro-active! They all wanted to make it right for us – including fixing desks as they went, checking we were happy throughout and adjusting to any last minute changes as they went. Fantastic – on behalf of all of us at Blue Orchid – thank you for all your help and making our move go as smoothly as it did!

Hi Kevin.
I hope you are keeping well. First of all I would like to thank you and BCL for the excellent manner in which our recent move was conducted. Tony and his team were absolutely first class.
I mentioned contacting you in April, but as I am away for a couple of weeks I thought I would take this opportunity to ask you if you are available to meet with reference to future contracts.
We anticipate moving our Fire Safety Department around 5th and 6th June. I am not sure yet how it will pan out logistically but at least we have a date to aim for. There will be some small alterations that may affect your original quote but I think the additions may be minimal as we don’t intend to move our Group Managers as previously intimated.
However, I believe we are likely to require your services further in August in order to facilitate a short hop for the Fire Station to the old Workshops building after refurbishment. Obviously, return to the new HQ/Fire Station and Workshops in 2011 are also important and can be discussed briefly at the same meeting if you wish.

Now I have had time to catch my breath and would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to the team for the fabulous job they did for us on this project.
All the guys were extremely helpful, professional, organised and a pleasure to work with. Everything ran to time, nothing was mislaid or broken. And no dents in my new walls!!
I look forward to working with you all in the future (though other than the last bit of kit at Warehouse B, I do hope this isn’t going to be in the near future!!).
