We used BCL to relocate our Company to new premises.  Right from the beginning at the quotation period we found them a very friendly, approachable company, and after reading some of the fantastic reviews on their website we decided that this would be the best company to use.

  They "held our hand" through the whole moving process to ensure that the day went as smoothly as possible, they had a set plan for the day and it was executed to the letter.  Rob and the Team Leader for the day came to us the week before the move to ensure that both parties were sure of what was happening on the day.  On the actual day the whole BCL team were excellent, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble for them (they even repaired a leg on one of our meeting desks which had been broken for a while!).  They were very happy moving furniture around until we were happy.  Afterwards, we ask for feedback from the staff at iSE, who said that they could not fault them and their service was excellent.

  I would 100% recommend BCL to anyone who were looking to relocate.  Thanks again.
